This collection is for wedding management (Coordination) and Full wedding planning. Our wedding coordinators work closely with couples to ensure a seamless execution of their vision, allowing them to relax and enjoy the celebration. 

Our wedding coordination package is ideal for couples who have planned most aspects of their wedding but seek expert guidance and support in the final stages to ensure everything runs smoothly. 

Our full wedding planning service is designed to serve the couple that needs step-by-step guidance throughout the entire planning process.

    • E-mail “check-ins” to ensure the planning is running smoothly and on track

    • Confirmation of all wedding vendors

    • Full event design, theme, and concept development 

    • Assistance in arranging transport

    • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal 

    • Distribute a detailed wedding day timeline to the wedding party, family, and attendants

    • One assistant wedding coordinator per 150 guests (additional Day of wedding coordinator may be added) 

    • Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception 

    • Act as a liaison between the wedding party, family members, and vendors

    • Distribute bouquets and pin wedding flowers on attendants & family members 

    • Direct photographer, videographer,  musicians, rentals, florist, etc. of where to set up 

    • Oversee the set-up and breakdown of the ceremony to make sure all commitments are fulfilled 

    • Line up and cue the wedding party/musicians for the ceremony 

    • Give marriage license to officiant & wedding rings are present 

    • Set up wedding décor not handled by a  specific vendor (i.e., favors, menus, candles, cake knife, toasting flutes, escort cards, gifts, etc.) 

    • Manage wedding vendor's set-up and breakdown of reception and make sure all commitments are fulfilled 

    • Maintain & coordinate wedding timeline for all events during reception 

    • Bustle wedding gown 

    • Line up and cue Newlyweds and wedding party for the Grand Entrance

    • Assist band or DJ in cueing important  events (i.e., grand entrance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss,  etc.)

    • Ensuring everything runs smoothly

Wedding Coordination
